2. Services

Flask Vibe offers educational content, tools, and live 1-on-1 co-creation workshops ("Workshop Sessions"). These Terms apply to all use of the website and to any Workshop Session bookings made through it.

3. Workshop Bookings

A Workshop Session booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Stripe and you have received a booking confirmation email.

By completing a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorised to make the purchase.

4. No Refund Policy

All Workshop Session bookings are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refund will be issued regardless of circumstances, including failure to attend, cancellation by the client, or a change of mind.

If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will endeavour to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time, at our sole discretion. Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute an entitlement or a waiver of this no-refund policy.

5. Session Scope

Workshop Sessions are two hours in duration. The scope of what can be built is inherently limited by the session length. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver a working, functional foundation for your project within that time, but we make no guarantee that any specific feature set will be completed.

If further work is required after the session, follow-up arrangements may be discussed and agreed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All code produced during a Workshop Session is owned by the client. Flask Vibe retains no rights over code written during or delivered as part of a session.

All other content on this website — articles, tools, templates, and educational materials — remains the intellectual property of adsyme Ltd unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, adsyme Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or any Workshop Session, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any Workshop Session shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that session.

8. VAT

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country of residence or registration. UK customers are charged 20% UK VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be eligible for the reverse charge mechanism under Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
